What is the cost for personalizing my stocking?
There is no additional cost. All stocking prices include personalization.
Is there a limit on the number of letters for each name on a stocking?
No. There is no limit on the number of letters. However, we do ask that you provide us a first name only. Whether your name has 4 letters or 8 letters, the cost will remain the same. Please note that the size of the letters may be slightly smaller to accomodate longer names.
What is the size of the letters used for personalization?
Letters are 1 inch tall. The width will be determined by the length of your name.
What font styles do you offer?
Our monogramming link shows the different font styles that we offer. Feel free to take a look at each of them and compare the letters of your name in each. It will be up to you to decide which font style best suits your name.
How long after I place my order will my stockings arrive?
We understand that you would like to receive your order as soon as possible. After all, you want to display your Sassy Socks for as long as possible during the holiday season.
Please understand that your stocking is made especially for you. When you place your order, your selected stocking will be made and then monogrammed with your specifications. Your finished, personalized Sassy Sock will take several days to create. Once created, it will be shipped for you to enjoy. Allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.
How will my stockings be shipped?
All stockings will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
How much will I pay for shipping?
Shipping is $5. Whether you order one stocking or 100 stockings, it is only $5.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Only Texas residents will be charged sales tax at 8.125 %.
How will I pay for my order?
We use PayPal for payments. You can either provide your credit card information or PayPal account number if you have one.
Do you sell Christmas tree skirts that coordinate with your stockings?
We are in the process of adding Christmas tree skirts to our list of products. Please send me an email if you are interested in purchasing a skirt for your tree.
All Sassy Socks are made especially for our customers. We love to give you the options to make a Christmas stocking truly representative of you. Due to the uniqueness of each stocking, please understand that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
